Refund
You may request refund if you would like to cancel your booking on www.gayrettepemetrootopark.comYou can return the booking free of charge during the day when the booking invoice is issued.
When we receive the details of the booking you would like to return, it undergoes an assessment to be performed by our authorized persons, and you are notified of the status details when the refund is realized.
Terms of Refund
You should send your request for refund to info@gayrettepemetrootopark by indicating in the e-mail that it is a “Request for Refund” and all booking details in a complete manner and by attaching the original invoice of the booking that you request to be refunded.
Refund Procedure
1. Step: Prepare the refund e-mail
Prepare your refund e-mail by completing your booking details in a complete manner. Explicitly indicate your request for refund in the e-mail.
Requests for refund are accepted only from the persons who have paid the respective booking.
2. Step: Send your refund e-mail to us
Please send your request for refund and booking details in a complete manner to info@gayrettepemetrootopark.com
